Open the NetaDesk app and tap the large Scan button (center of bottom navigation). Point your camera at the invitation card ensuring good lighting. The app will automatically detect the card edges. Tap the capture button, and our AI will extract all details in 5-10 seconds. Review the extracted information and tap Confirm to save.

NetaDesk supports English, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu for both the app interface and invitation card scanning. You can change your language preference in Settings > Language. The app will automatically detect the language on invitation cards and extract text accordingly.

Yes! As the Tenant Admin or Politician, you can add unlimited assistants (depending on your subscription plan). Go to Settings > Manage Assistants > Add Assistant. Enter their mobile number, and they'll receive an OTP to set up their account. All assistants can scan invitations and manage events for your office.

You can configure default reminders in Settings (e.g., 1 day before and 1 hour before each event). Reminders are sent via push notifications to all registered devices (politician and assistants). You can also set custom reminders for individual events from the Event Detail screen. Available intervals: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 1 week.

If the AI extraction is uncertain about any field, it will be highlighted in amber on the Review screen. You can manually edit any field before confirming. For severely damaged or illegible cards, you can use the Manual Entry option to create an event without scanning. The system learns from corrections to improve accuracy over time.

Absolutely! NetaDesk uses a database-per-tenant architecture, meaning your data is completely isolated from other users. We use HTTPS encryption, JWT tokens with RS256 signing, and store sensitive information encrypted at rest. We never share your data with third parties except for service providers like WhatsApp Business API (only to send your messages).

Yes! From the Admin Panel, go to Events > Export. You can download your invitation history as CSV or PDF reports. You can filter by date range, event category, or attendance status before exporting. This is useful for record-keeping, analysis, or printing schedules.
